• • Gift Card can be used for payment of a room account upon checkout or at Gift Card terminals located throughout each hotel or resort.

• • Not redeemable for cash. No refunds. No returns.

• • Marcus Hotels Resorts is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.

• • Gift Card is not a credit or debit card.

• • Card value may not be transferred to another card.

• • Card will become inactive after 24 months of use, except where prohibited by law.

• • Card balances can be viewed at www.marcushotels.com/giftcard.

• • Card value can be added at any participating Marcus Hotel or Resort.

• • Visit www.marcustheatres.com for a list of Marcus Theatre locations that also accept this Gift Card.

• • Please treat your Gift Card like cash.
